I have been with the surgery many yrs and feel it has deteriorated in recent yrs the receptionist(not all) tend to think they are doctors and want to know why, what, how!
Also it seems you have to know when you are ill my son was very poorly with a bad chest and it took 3 days to get an appointment with a doctor..
